In the past, recruiters simply had to be really good at qualifying candidates. The challenge they had was; “how do you filter through hundreds of applications to find the best one". Today, recruiters have an added responsibility. They have to first get candidates interested in their opportunities before get to do any sort of qualifying. We call this; pitching.

When we first started doing our research to build Pitched, we realised that there was very little help available online for someone who wanted to learn how to recruit in today’s candidate driven job market. Specifically, we found little help with regards to ‘How to pitch passive candidates’.
So we decided to document the lessons we learnt from experimenting with passive candidate recruitment strategies and publish it for free in this course.
